Nothing outweighs experience. I believe every manger should have some BOH & FOH experience. Opens and closes are executed poorly and it shows days on end. While someone with that kinda experience are flawless.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better training for all staff. Such as, shadowing a few days before doing the position alone.
