Listening to their employees and support
Teaching and training. Each section I was trained at I was never instructed by a manager. I was taught by Spanish speaking coworkers who would point anf whistle. Nice people to work with but hard to learn from someone who can't teach you when you only speak English.
Managers running the store better! Constantly short staffed, nobody to work. And managers are lazy
Relax more. Managers too uptight. Hire better employees.

They expect more for the same pay no matter how long you work there
Because we would clock out at 7-7:30 on a daily bassis but someone keeps manipulating our time to being clocked out at 6. When we close the doors at 6
Better training for all staff. Such as, shadowing a few days before doing the position alone.
If I have to work 3 different positions I accept to be compensated for my work
