What is the best part about your compensation package?
The annual performance incentive bonus.
There are some nice 'perks' built into benefits. E.g. fitness reimbursement, inexpensive train pass, for commuting, etc.
Salary and bonus are very competitive

What are some of the best things about your team?
I get to work with really bright peers. The people are really phenomenal. Mentorship culture is very strong.
Mutually supportive, fun, smart, and genuinely kind people.
Team is truly supportive; I never feel as though I am dealing with things on my own.
