- What would you improve about your company's interview process?Hiring practices are laughable, please do not leave your job for this place, they usually will not hire people unless they are out of work as most people will quit and it used to be they didn't want people to quit their present job to come there as odds are they would leave within weeks
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Again, owner needs to retire, all beware Executives are needed. This place is horrible
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Everyone needs a raise, better benefits. This would bring better employees that are not constantly quitting. Safety does not matter at all. Go look at their record
