What are some of the best things about your team?
We give everyone a voice and allow everyone to share ideas. There are literally no dumb ideas. If there is an idea shared that doesn't quite work or fit, we work together to see how we can make it fit, or we come up with qualities that we are looking for and go back to think about and look for more.
Everyone is always willing to help each other out and they are very nice
