Recognizing the amount of work the team puts in, even if it's not the new shiny thing the company is working on. People and long term projects get left behind.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Despite cost of living increases, my salary has essentially gone down, along with HSA benefits. If I lived 2 hours East or West I'd be able to double my salary.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers on my immediate team are fine, but in general we are pulling in too many diversity hires

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
As a company we spend too much time talking politics, and not enough talking quality. Diversity hiring is diluting our skills on aggregate.
