He served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of CoStar Group Inc. from May 1997 to December 31, 2007 and its Chief Accounting Officer until December 31, 2007. Mr. Carchedi served as Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of ITC Learning Corporation since 1995. He served as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young, LLP. He served at Ernst & Young, LLP for ten years, where he served as Consultant of its New York Merger and Acquisitions Group and Entrepreneurial Services Group in Washington, D.C. Mr. Carchedi received a B.S. in Accounting from Wake Forest University.
