The conpany makes it blatanly obvious that they don't care about workers at the retail level, they don't give holiday pay, yearly bonuses, or regular raises for staying with the company and they wonder why they have such a high turnover rate.

The manager interviewing me didnt make it about my work experience and gauged my personality instead.

The people i work with are the only reason why i've stayed so long at the company.
