The executive team will always put people and health first.
It's a great privilege for me to work with a team like the one I work with at cotton on

Hiring the right people, letting people go who have had multiple warnings and justified formal complaints.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
rate is too low. Cannot afford to live
I get minimum wage without benefits. It's literally the least I could receive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We teach each other new ideas every time
Togetherness and the support as colleagues and as family since most of my time is spend at work
Everyone gets along well with eachother

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Greetings in the morning.(start of acknowledgement) and support emotional
fun and being tajken care of
Everybody is so friendly. Managers are good at being uplifting while also offering constructive criticism.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The people. Most are great but there are a few who ruin it for everyone

they make you feel at ease and not take the formal option of interviewing
