They do care about their team.
Leadership team is getting better. earlier it was not that great.

Equity package is strong. Company rewards strong performers

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Stock is worth nothing, especially due to reverse split and stock tanking

People in the teams are friendly
we work well together in pods, but broader team has some issues

Probably the outlook on the future
The company respects work life balance, but everyone jumps in with urgency when there is something critical.
genuine care for employee experience, pride panels, work from home resource, mental well-being, virtual fun-days, virtual yoga, and many resources to keep connected during Covid-19
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Change focus, stop blindly chasing competitors
being honest and transparent, we push our values, but we dont really uphold them

Very informal and friendly, a little bit vague

Solving problems and fixing colleagues issues
We are solving some of the most difficult challenges in tech in a very larger market that is ripe for disruption

Falling short of customer expectations and industry standards
we have no clue how to sell cloud
