Mr. Steven M. Winter has been Chief Revenue Officer of Coupa Software Incorporated since September 2016. Mr. Winter served as an Executive Vice President of Worldwide Field Operations at Marketo, Inc. since October 2014 until July 2016. Mr. Winter served as an Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Operations at Marketo, Inc. Mr. Winter served as Chief Executive Officer of Isochron, Inc. He has more than two decades of experience at some of the largest and most successful software organizations in the world, including SAP where he served the Global Head of its Customer Line of Business Organization. He served as an Executive Vice President, Enterprise Sales at SAP America, Inc. During his nine years at SAP, he held several global leadership roles prior to heading its Customer LBO, including leading its Emerging Solutions unit, as well as serving as the Chief Operating Officer for SAP North America and Executive Vice President of enterprise sales. From January 1991 to June 1999, Mr. Winter held various sales and sales management positions (including Director and Vice President levels) with PeopleSoft and was among the first 100 employees of that organization. Mr. Winter held various positions at Management Science America. Since July 1999, he was a founding partner of Sagebrook Technology Partners, where he focused on investment portfolio management, technology acquisitions and organizational development. In his career, he spent 12 years at PeopleSoft, where he held various executive sales management roles, including vice president and general manager of its Midwest region. Mr. Winter earned a B.A. in Business Administration from with a major in Management Information Systems at Georgia State University.
