Coursera Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Remote work is highly convenient

They pay well, though I question if even the pay check is worth the stress level that comes with it.

Unlimited PTO; competitive salary (which I negotiated); generous parental leave; remote work arrangements

RSU packing is good; compensation is good considering we are in ed-tech

Coursera benefits like gym compensation, etc.

Free access to Coursera catalog for employee + friends and family. Company-sponsored online degrees. Equity component.

Restricted stock units and EESP.

Equity packages are fair and reasonable.

The best part of my compensation is a generous stock option package.

Stock options paying off big!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
