Culture starts at the top and trickles down.... nuff said?
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
More diversity in hiring loop
More prep, more rigor, clearer job descriptions and expectations, better communication from the recruiter. The interview process is messy, and it shows in the quality of hires.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
C-suite lacks focus and talent; executives don't care for the success of their broader teams; not focused on what customers want, too far behind the competition
