SABBATICAL Full-time permanent employees are provided a seven-week sabbatical after each seven years of employment. Employee contributes 1-week vacation time and company provides the remaining 6 weeks as paid time. COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT AND LEARNING DAYS All employees are provided six annual days of paid time off to volunteer in the community or use them for learning (mix and match as you wish). BYOB –BUY YOUR OWNBIRTHDAY Employees are able to purchase their birthday as an additional vacation day for $50.00. The $50.00 will be donated to True North Aid.
