What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very experienced and knowledgeable in their specific plant
they listen to the workers
They are very attentive. They appreciate your work. They help when needed. They make sure you have all the tools in order to be successful in the buisness
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listen to work issues and come up with realistic solutions that make sense for the people actually having to do the job.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The PTO is as soon as you start.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A 10% raise now and then an anual 5% raise thereafter. Money is how you make your employees feel valued. Also there should be some sort of merit raise system implemented based off of individual performace along with the standerd anual raise.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Good group of people that try their best
they listen to us when needed
We work together to make sure all customers are satisfied
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Speaking up and being honest about issues when the rare occasion arises for them to ask what is wrong. Report verbal abuse
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the culture is very inviting
Everyone is diverse and can help with different things
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Remove blinders and recognize what they do wrong and what they can do in order to be better

I got to meet all aupervisors

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
No solutions to problems, no training, coworkers are allowed to be rude and lie their way into making people believe they are productive and helpful.
