Not continuously focusing on the things that go wrong vs giving praise when things go right

very comprehensive. a bit pricey but the coverage is good.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
pay us better for all the work we do.
Base salary, bonuses and commission need to be revisited
What are some of the best things about your team?
Supportive and willing to teach you. Always ready to help out but respectful of your own expertise in your role. No mind games, just great people.
The camaraderie, friendly competition and hanging out after work

The divisiveness between teams and finger pointing on who did what wrong needs to change

Nice place to work, but a lot of negativity that comes from the upper management
The management team caring about your personal life
best place that I have ever worked. if you are not afraid to work, then you will have fun and get rewarded for it!

What makes you most happy at work?
Work-life balance. My time away from work is respected and no one ever pressures me to do work outside of the regular schedule. I can leave work at work. I can go home after (or log off) and not think about my projects or tasks.
