They would be better if they gave out more compliments and during this heatwave we're having cutting on the fans without being asked..

Treating employees with respect, paying them fairly. Letting them take lunches.

Short term Incentive Plan is adequate
The raises and bonuses are great

Never an expectation is set with follow up and an owner of it with consistent concise plan
The team is friendly, except management.

GO in do your job stop harassing people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People who have worked there and the knowledge they share. Too bad they are driven out my unknowledgeable leader.
Remote work opportunities for professional staff
Nobody is perfect but integrity is key
Being helpful and respecting each other's space

stop the harassment and mind your own business.

Remote interviews - never had to travel for in person

What makes you most happy at work?
getting to go home and breaks
When I'm not being scolded about production and when the fans are on at the beginning of the shift with out having to ask for air.
