I've been an engineer at Bard for 3.5 years. Bard hired an engineer with no experience right out of college at a higher level than me.

GOOD HARD WORKING INDIVIDUALS AT ALL LEVELS

i FEEL APPRECIATED MOST OF THE TIME
i don't say anything about it because all the staff are happy to do work in my company
