Executive Bio
Mr. Chad M. Holmes has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer of CRA International, Inc. (Charles River Associates) since November 10, 2014 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer until April 25, 2017. Mr. Holmes served as the Vice President of Corporate Development at CRA International Inc. until November 10, 2014. He joined CRA International in 2004 as part of the InteCap, Inc. acquisition. Since joining CRA, he played an integral role in various corporate development activities and has been a member of CRA's senior management team since 2009. He has led various growth-oriented initiatives, including practice and geographic expansions as well as talent acquisition, such as group hires and mergers and acquisitions. He is also an experienced consultant in the areas of intellectual property and business valuation. Mr. Holmes received his M.B.A. in finance and management and strategy from Northwestern University and his B.A. in economics from the University of Notre Dame.
