Jonathan Yellin — Executive Vice President and General Counsel at CRA International

Mr. Jonathan D. Yellin has been Executive Vice President and General Counsel of CRA International Inc., since March 28, 2017 & February 2004 respectively. Mr. Yellin served as Vice President of CRA until March 28, 2017. He oversees the global legal affairs of CRA, as well as participates in a broad array of CRA Board and CRA senior management activities. He was a Senior Partner in the Insolvency and Restructuring Practice at Riemer & Braunstein LLP, where he focused on complex in- and out-of-court restructurings and sales and acquisitions for numerous clients from a variety of industries. In 2002, he represented CRA in its successful bid to acquire the North American, UK and Mexican Chemicals and Energy consulting practices of the then Arthur D. Little Corporation. He has extensive experience in contract negotiations, asset purchase agreements and complex acquisition issues. Mr. Yellin also has significant going-concern operational experience as a Court-appointed trustee to oversee the restructuring and successful reorganization/sale of several companies. He served as Chairman of the Bankruptcy Practice Group of the Business Council for the Massachusetts Bar Association. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Turnaround Management Association of New England, as well as a member of other nationally recognized associations. He is a member of the Boston Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth. He holds J.D from University of Miami and B.A. from George Washington University.
