What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team truly cares for their employees, lead with a servant leadership philosophy, and are always looking to do the right thing, even when no one is looking. This is why I have stayed here for 8 years!

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team has done well as a dictatorship. If they want to continue growing, they will need to delegate more.
Leadership Team (and our Marketing) focuses our 'talk' on culture, but reality is the C-suite has repeatedly said one thing but done another
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salaries are merit-based, PTO is very generous, and our company is always looking to make changes to benefits if they are not meeting the needs of the employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yeah I do at times wish I got some recognition
The health plans offered are a joke. The bill for a high-deductible plan for my family was $500 every month.
Salaries are mid-market or lower, coupled with expensive benefits, mediocre 401K that vests over long period. Bonuses are good, though.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They truly care about the work they do, treating each other respectfully, and pushing the envelope with new ideas.
they are smart and have high integrity
The people on my team are super smart, helpful, caring, and humble. They are also a ton of fun to hang out with.
People are talented, driven, good-hearted. We work diligently & have each others' backs. Conundrum when don't feel same about sr leaders.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some team bonding exercises I feel as if i don't know them
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a culture built on values of integrity, humility, and inclusion. These are values we actively work to maintain through action, committees, special interest groups, one on one conversations with leadership, company-wide surveys, and an open door policy with everyone including the CEO.
it is a do the right thing culture and people do the right thing consistently
It is the most wonderful group of people I have ever worked with.
If they have a good year financially, they get the whole company together for a weekend vacation.
Credera strives to create and publicize its culture. Great culture overall, especially if you fit in ... young, white, male, Christian.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Interviewer was creepy asked way personal questions
It was a very personal, postiive experience. I could see that they truly care about each and every hire that they made no matter the level or group. I also really valued how consistent the company mission statement was with how many people I met. It wasn't just a sales pitch!

I look forward to working at a company with employees that care about what they do and is looking to make a postiive difference in their work and in the world.

The people
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The management changed, sales are slow, and people are being asked to do more with less.
This is a slower year financially. People have been let go. Hiring has slowed. Company brew-ha in CA soon, so sentiment typically rises.
