Great parental leave policy. Also love the $50 toward a monthly gym membership!

What are some of the best things about your team?
My colleagues get excited by problem solving. They also always have time to answer questions and help each other learn.

I feel like the team really got to know me and I got to know them.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Bad management practices
This feedback was hard to hear back in 2017 and also really helpful. We've worked hard over the past 2 years to add a bunch of great senior managers and build a support structure, including regular 1:1s for all staff. Will continue to focus on this.
