What do you like best about the leadership team?
Always dependable. Finds work when we a slow. Makes sure we always have something to do.

I like the leadership and a teamwork as leaders in the company
The ambitious attitude of the leadership team is what makes it such a good feeling to be at work
They're approachable and genuinely care and will also get their hands dirty.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to do better at communicating with their employees about any issues, changes, or even, pretty much everything.
Retaining talent, providing personal growth and treating everyone with respect.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm a temporary employment so I don't know exactly how they work yet
stock option and the opportunity to buy at preferred price
The shift differential pay increase
I am paid at a competitive rate and have the ability to earn more through merit.
Insurance is good and cheap
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Based of the way our pay is calculated its not fairly distributed in my opinion.

We all work together to get our job done

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Their ability to work with you and train you
everyone is very friendly to each other
Mixed cultures and positive attitudes towards each other
The collaboration among the technical level employees is mostly awesome. Engineering level employees are friendly and always ready to help.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better communication with management would be ideal
More community service work and family days
What did you like most about the interview process?
Learning the work instructions progress.
It was fast and I was able to go right to work
detailed-oriented questions in regard to the job description
it was informative and very welcoming and helpful with getting the candidates employed
The manager made me feel very comfortable relaxing
