They need to do better at communicating with their employees about any issues, changes, or even, pretty much everything.
Retaining talent, providing personal growth and treating everyone with respect.

Based of the way our pay is calculated its not fairly distributed in my opinion.

employee management can definitely be improved by just communicating more with the employees and getting better understanding of whats going on in the workplace
