Pay is less than McDonald's.... Samples are given out unfairly if they aren't hoarded by upper management. No S.O.P. anywhere in sight. I love to sell weed and help the medical patients but this is by far the worst company I have ever worked for

Everything....start by hiring people who don't live with there parents. Learn to be professional. Get S.O.P. ... Be consistent
