Great work life balance, the people were smart and dedicated people, the work itself could be repetitive for Operation team and little career progression once you reached a Senior position at the individual contributor level.

My ex manager was awesome and we became good friends. Worked really rell with her and she was open to any discussion and exploration.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The management cares about the people a lot, but they can't stop people from leaving due to career progression and lack of transparancy in promotion
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Generous PTO 21 days + 5 sick days + child care or family care leave. And additional end of year and summer vacation and we could take off anytime. Great health insurance coverage. Additional $100 every month for gym membership, or e-learning, it could be cashed into an amazon card etc
