What do you like best about the leadership team?
Good people, aligned with their teams
Supportive and collaborative, spend time with with and listen to team members
Very benevolent, listen to its employees
They care about the company culture and are transparent with employees
My ex manager was awesome and we became good friends. Worked really rell with her and she was open to any discussion and exploration.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Connect with their employees instead of just travelling to party
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Bonuses are on track so that is a plus
Work life balance, equal pay
High compared to the market
Flexibility. The company knows we are humans with things to worry about besides work sometimes
Generous PTO 21 days + 5 sick days + child care or family care leave. And additional end of year and summer vacation and we could take off anytime. Great health insurance coverage. Additional $100 every month for gym membership, or e-learning, it could be cashed into an amazon card etc

What are some of the best things about your team?
Open together and impactful truly reflect the team
Friendly, supportive, smart, flexible, communicative
professionalism, open mind, sense of humor, , knowledge sharing, I can rely on them
Very supportive, passionate and friendly people
They are really talented people in general
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Old people are nice and have the old Criteo culture, but new comers are just very competitive and not really care about their colleagues
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Flexibility and very understanding team
Great managers, flexibility with work hours and wtf options, great office space, fun environment
The management cares about the people a lot, but they can't stop people from leaving due to career progression and lack of transparancy in promotion
Very open and welcoming environment
There is a lot of bottom up initiatives, they are encouraged and a constructive failure is welcome :-)
