Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Unsafe working conditions, lack of training, immature management who lack basic skills in dealing with staff.

I work in a hospital, and our insurance is so bad that this hospital won't take it.

We do a lot in patient mobility team and should be paid more for our performance.

To be paid my worth I go above and beyond to making sure we have a clean work place
