The compensation is the average rate for marketing people. It should be a little higher, but it is what it is.
The compensation is quite good, and I have no complaints about it. High work load though so they make you earn it for sure. Pretty demanding IMO.

The team works quite well together. They have collaboration down perfectly here, and it makes it much easier to work as a small part of a big team on individual projects.

The best part is the central office location, and the ability to work remotely when needed. They also let you go out and prospect journalists for relationships by meeting them for lunch or daytime events. Very nice.

I am happiest when we really knock it out of the park for a client, because the client is then happy too.
Prospecting journalists is my favorite part, it allows me to be quite social: meeting for drinks, events, and lunches.
I enjoy providing quality results to make sure that our clients are happy and well placed in the media.
Performance bonuses are a nice perk.
