What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership is world class, and they have achieved so much as individuals before this agency. It is a pleasure to learn from them each day.
The leadership is top notch, they are a wealth of knowledge for us newer people and you can walk right into their office at any time to ask questions about what you are currently working on.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation is the average rate for marketing people. It should be a little higher, but it is what it is.
The compensation is quite good, and I have no complaints about it. High work load though so they make you earn it for sure. Pretty demanding IMO.
The compensation here is pretty good and I have no complaints about that.
Fair compensation for entry level position.
They give out performance bonuses for getting media placement and reviews.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We could use more paid time off.
Would desire a higher comp structure.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team works quite well together. They have collaboration down perfectly here, and it makes it much easier to work as a small part of a big team on individual projects.
The team is a talented group of individuals they have assembled. They fire pretty quickly without notice, so the team does change around quite a bit from month to month.
The team is amazing and I enjoy working with them each and every single day, day in and day out.
The team is highly effective as well.
The team has some serious marketing talent, and I learn tons just by working along side of them.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The team is pretty young, but many of them have some solid past experiences.
They team comes form a diverse background, and overall they are effective at what they do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They foster you in having an independent spirit, and often you are working alone on a small part of a bigger project. I highly like this management style they use.
The best part is the central office location, and the ability to work remotely when needed. They also let you go out and prospect journalists for relationships by meeting them for lunch or daytime events. Very nice.
There is great diversity here and gender equality.
Sometimes I feel threatened if I don't perform, but that is the nature of PR I suppose.
It is an environment that makes you perform and learn at a fast pace.

What makes you most happy at work?
I am happiest when we really knock it out of the park for a client, because the client is then happy too.
Prospecting journalists is my favorite part, it allows me to be quite social: meeting for drinks, events, and lunches.
I enjoy providing quality results to make sure that our clients are happy and well placed in the media.
Performance bonuses are a nice perk.
I enjoy working here so far.

What do you like best about your company?
I enjoy the educational environment, it is always nice to be able to learn from senior leadership because they are perhaps the best agents I have seen work in my career so far.
I have enjoyed my time working for Crowd PR so far.
Central location makes it easy to network with the media.
Meeting journalists and taking them out for events.
