What makes you most happy at work?I am happiest when we really knock it out of the park for a client, because the client is then happy too.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?They foster you in having an independent spirit, and often you are working alone on a small part of a bigger project. I highly like this management style they use.
What are some of the best things about your team?The team works quite well together. They have collaboration down perfectly here, and it makes it much easier to work as a small part of a big team on individual projects.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?We could use more paid time off.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?The team is pretty young, but many of them have some solid past experiences.
