What do you like best about the leadership team?
Should check on workers emails to rectify the mistakes of closing accounts
Very good and really surportive
Great work place and easy work. I love my job!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Any comments or concerns are met with generic "we're looking into this" responses. Nothing is ever resolved.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Been paid as soon as I complete task
They are fair with their pay and benefits compared to other companys
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better pay, basic respect, human decency, boundaries
Jobs are two less ,, working a day only for ten jobs only for $1 ,,,that's unfair
Low pay for there workers
Crowd Surf is piecemeal, freelance work. That said, they pay pennies for work that would rightfully cost $$$ if you hired privately.
What are some of the best things about your team?
So far nothing because they don't tell people the truth
They are very cooperative in work
Very good and really really good
They are always friendly and helpful
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
As remote freelancers, we have to help each other out via forums and social media, because we have no direct interaction with administration. Thank goodness we have each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I know how much I love
Again, remote and freelance means there is no face to face interaction. But the online culture among coworkers is encouraging and positive.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

It's not that had but no paying jobs
Real quick pay attention to work
The work is challenging and varied and I almost never get bored. I learn a lot from the work that comes down the pipeline.
