What do you like best about the leadership team?The audit partner in San Francisco is nuts.
What did you like most about the interview process?It was so easy. Nothing technical, nothing asked that qualifies me (or any other candidate) for an audit position. Embarrassing frankly.
What are some of the best things about your team?Very collaborative - everyone pulls together to succeed
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Big 4 hours with a mid-range reputation.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?It's too bad they have to hire all the Big 4 rejects to fill out their ranks. Some of the dumbest coworkers I've ever met.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Crowe SF operates like it's still in 2005. It's almost 2020.
