What do you like best about the leadership team?
The passion to exceed and expand. Very hard workers.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Managing people and accepting constructive criticism.
Everything. Terrible with people?
teamwork is the key to success
I'm not sure. You can deal with a lot of different people during your different assignments.
Leadership is not flexible to employee needs.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The insurance and retirement plans.
Paid competitively with similar companies.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
more money. This company is notorious for underpaying it's employees while insisting on 60 hrs a week.
Less work for employees who do their jobs
I do a lot compared to my fellow employees with no gratitude. I feel if you work more then everyone else you should then get paid more
Give increases more fairly and don't take them away so easily. Don't allow the corporation itself to decide raise.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Talent and communication. Always willing to help
The ability to work with each other and not against.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Learn to code. Most people here are unqualified.
There is no team. Its a free for all
Meetings should be more direct and to the point.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Other people. The company has put a negative feel on the office
Everyone gets along and the team is very diverse.
The contentedness between workers and others.
A positive culture for almost everyone.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Nothing needs to be changed. People seem nice at each place I've been.

Manager took the time to interview in depth
The true passion to find good individuals for the job
It was very laid back.

Actually screen people so we dont hire thieves
What makes you most happy at work?
Lunch and leaving. Learning opportunities
Getting goals achieved and working as a team.
Talking with others and accomplishing hard tasks.
Getting a sense of accomplishment from competing a task.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
No direction or training. Replace all the management and start over.
Theres no teamwork. Theres no consequence if your failing your job and there is no incentive to staying with the company
