What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really enjoyed how they were very motivating with their rewarding towards employees for good work
I like how decisions are all made as a team with all depatments

Almost everything unorganized with everything

I was very satisfied with the comfort and ease
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like the housekeeping department would show much more improvement in quality cleaning services if the housekeepers were paid bonuses or higher salary
Housekeeper dont get paid enough for what they do
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all very strong dedicated and caring people
I really enjoy how much we care for each others comfort and stability we feel in our work environment
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Improve scheduling work better at communications
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The different types of guests I was able to meet and great. I was given gifts and tips by so many kind people I am forever thankfull
I really enjoy how all employees respect and give in to the many different cultural demands and needs
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More of the right people in the right place
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was able to meet the manager and human resource at the same time and signed paperwork on the same day
I really enjoyed being met with the h.r and department manager
