It was great in 2016 to 2018 timeline. We were on a fast track to success and integration of DQM and DGM into our DXM product. Unfortunately, the entire exec team was axed and very poor management was installed over the engineering department. Talent exodus followed. Never the same. Chu on that!

The leadership would prefer to send all jobs to India. Pretty sad state of affairs. Chu on that!

The management works to seed discourse and out members without "loyalty". It's a personality cult at the top! Chu on that!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership team has no appreciation for the employees and would prefer to lord over the engineers than actually improve the product and become world class. Chu on that!
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They simply need warm bodies that can speak broken English. If you worked with the new management at a previous company and know how to kiss their hands, worship their feet then you'll do great! Chu on that!
