Clarity of purpose and willingness to listen
Leadership team has no appreciation for the employees and would prefer to lord over the engineers than actually improve the product and become world class. Chu on that!
Try incentivizing your engineers instead of terrorizing them like their going to a "Chinese Engineering Prison." Chu on that!
They like to promote the idea of transparency but are reluctant to provide clarity to employees on internal processes, etc.

The leadership would prefer to send all jobs to India. Pretty sad state of affairs. Chu on that!
Crownpeak is where your career and soul go to die. Under current management, I feel completely undervalued. There is a lot of hate you can see in the eyes of the engineering leadership (VP of Engineering, Director of Engineering.)
We are not paid market value in engineering.
We are generally understaffed for the amount of products we produce and support. This is extremely stressful and time consuming to pick up extra roles to cover. Many of us do multiple jobs but only get paid for one. Equity would make it feel like the extra effort had a real long term payout.
We’ve worked together for a long time. But since it’s not really possible to get into an active engineering team this rating doesn’t m
Commitment to each other to get jobs done.
Coworkers need to grow up and talk directly to management about improving our lot. The company is failing and the products are a security nightmare but we're trying to fix the mess we inherited! Outsourcing to IT teams in India does NOTHING to help! Chu on that!
We are generally empowered to get things done. This was not always the case.
Money needs to be invested into the company and into the product to further develop it. Since that’s not going to happen. I don’t see a way to make company culture bet
No trust. None. The execs seem to hate the employees. Unfortunately, K1 failed big with Crownpeak and the employees get the short end. Chu on that.
I had the opportunity to see the worth of the engineering leadership. There is none! Chu on that.
Meeting members of the engineering team.
The People are interesting and interactive
They just want someone that can fog a mirror. Chu on that.
They simply need warm bodies that can speak broken English. If you worked with the new management at a previous company and know how to kiss their hands, worship their feet then you'll do great! Chu on that!
Learning with and from my team.
Getting things done. When people pitch in and make work light.
The management works to seed discourse and out members without "loyalty". It's a personality cult at the top! Chu on that!
Management, Products, K1, leadership, direction.... all problems that cannot be resolved. The place is a pressure cooker of sadness and back stabbing. Loved the place in 2016-2018 but the current management has disdain for its employees. Chu on that!
I appreciate that I can quit at any time. I'm looking for a new job but it's painful talking about the management and engineering structure at this company. The products are horrible and nobody really cares anymore. The passion is gone. Chu on that!
Respect for employees. We're not just cogs and want to improve every bit of the process. Unfortunately, Ravi, the CEO, like to hire mercenaries and his best friends despite their actual competence. Crownpeak is a joke! Crownpeak is clown world! Chu on that!
