What are some of the best things about your team?We’ve worked together for a long time. But since it’s not really possible to get into an active engineering team this rating doesn’t m
What did you like most about the interview process?I had the opportunity to see the worth of the engineering leadership. There is none! Chu on that.
What do you like best about your company?I appreciate that I can quit at any time. I'm looking for a new job but it's painful talking about the management and engineering structure at this company. The products are horrible and nobody really cares anymore. The passion is gone. Chu on that!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Money needs to be invested into the company and into the product to further develop it. Since that’s not going to happen. I don’t see a way to make company culture bet
What needs to change to make the company culture better?No trust. None. The execs seem to hate the employees. Unfortunately, K1 failed big with Crownpeak and the employees get the short end. Chu on that.
