We are generally empowered to get things done. This was not always the case.

I had the opportunity to see the worth of the engineering leadership. There is none! Chu on that.

What do you like best about your company?
I appreciate that I can quit at any time. I'm looking for a new job but it's painful talking about the management and engineering structure at this company. The products are horrible and nobody really cares anymore. The passion is gone. Chu on that!
