Horrible experience. We've had fresh talent start and quit within two weeks. I miss our competitive past where we worked so well as a team. This was back in 2017-2018 though. The place is now like a Chinese Gulag where you must wash the feet of your manager. Chu on that!
It was great in 2016 to 2018 timeline. We were on a fast track to success and integration of DQM and DGM into our DXM product. Unfortunately, the entire exec team was axed and very poor management was installed over the engineering department. Talent exodus followed. Never the same. Chu on that!
Great time at Crownpeak when it moved to Denver! We worked extremely hard improving and polishing an antiquated CMS. Literally the thing was born in the late 1990s. DXM probably still uses VBScript! The current management hates anybody with a brain. Chu on that!
They like to promote the idea of transparency but are reluctant to provide clarity to employees on internal processes, etc.
