What would you improve about your company's interview process?

They just want someone that can fog a mirror. Chu on that.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

No trust. None. The execs seem to hate the employees. Unfortunately, K1 failed big with Crownpeak and the employees get the short end. Chu on that.

M&As make things a bit scary but also create growth and learning opportunities.

Learning with and from my team.
