Great and very ethical company. Working alongside experts in our field in a family atmosphere. Excellent training and career development at Crutchfield, which is done at the employee's pace. Great pay and benefits and long term stability. Crutchfield customers are great as well.

The organization is top heavy, executive roles are almost exclusively men that have worked at the company for decades. Very little room for advancement.

SWVA leadership is mostly terrible at best. Dishonest + incompetent = bad combination

The interview is really thorough but they're also really friendly and non judgemental.

Designing questions that build a rapport with the interviewee. Don't ask questions you have to lie making one feel uncomfortable. Questions were you get to know the individual as a person, Not some bias generic questioner that doesn't revile the persons true nature.

coworkers are the best as are the customers

Leadership is a train wreck and services offered are outdated. Prices aren't competitive, leading to less sales, which in turn leads to less compensation for product advisors.
