Open communication flow across departments, and caring leaders with best interest of employees and customers in mind. Most every leader has been promoted from within.

Respect reliable and competent employees over less than professional employees who only retain their job due to personal byass.
Caring for warehouse workers same as other areas
SWVA leadership is mostly terrible at best. Dishonest + incompetent = bad combination
