Respect reliable and competent employees over less than professional employees who only retain their job due to personal byass.
Caring for warehouse workers same as other areas
SWVA leadership is mostly terrible at best. Dishonest + incompetent = bad combination
Transparency in how commissions are determined is a good start.
A better hourly wage and higher pto gain
always seemed to find a way to drop every year
Being considerate of your co workers needs and well as your own in order to maintain a balanced work environment in order to prevent resentment.
Respecting spaces of other employees
Coworkers were mostly good. Leadership is the problem.
Historically good but that's in the Charlottesville HQ. Terrible in SWVA.
Designing questions that build a rapport with the interviewee. Don't ask questions you have to lie making one feel uncomfortable. Questions were you get to know the individual as a person, Not some bias generic questioner that doesn't revile the persons true nature.
Leadership is a train wreck and services offered are outdated. Prices aren't competitive, leading to less sales, which in turn leads to less compensation for product advisors.
