We do the work of 10 people and are compensated to half the worth of one
My direct manager is great- the executives are useless and only look at numbers not people of processes
Other departments are antiquated and lazy so while my team works hard others make it harder and we have to always pick up the slack, especially the director and vp of the division, which is punishing them for doing a good job and alleviating work from people who should be fired.
