High turnover. However we recruit our staff doesn’t attract the best talent. People come in with a perceived notion because we sell smoking product and our main clientele is college people this is
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no structure for time off. You are on call 7 days a week. Vacation time is allowed but hard to take. Turnover is high, so it’s a constant training people before you lose another person. You have to be ready at any point to
