I feel undervalued because individuals with less experience than me are receiving higher titles and (presumably) higher salaries too (including people I helped train). I also feel that changes are only reactionary and not proactive

I took a pay cut (in annual cash) to make the move to Gopuff. There are others within the org who are a level below me who make over $200k more in equity.

It is great to work with a group of high performing leaders. The challenge has been that there is so much unknown and people trying to fix it so workstreams do get blured sometimes so you have multiple working on the same thing.

Everyone was down to earth and honest about the fast paced environment and that you can make a difference here everyday.

Being able to meet with the cofounders. I think it's really awesome that they get to vet each person that joins the company because 1. Each addition has met them first hand making it easier to approach them with any ideas and 2. You can ask questions and get advice from the masterminds behind it all

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There are less emergencies in an Emergency Room. There are multiple fire drills every day and it usually is because something was messed up in the process and usually because it was rolled out too fast without any testing or socializing with key contributors.
