How to approach and talk to employees when it comes to operations of the warehouse. And being honest with employees
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
better health insurance. I feel warehouse associate could've been paid more. It is sad when drivers are making more then you.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Honestly yall need be more organize, communication need to be better, human resource need to assailable when handling complaints. And yall need do better on budgeting supplies. I see alot of waste.
