What did you like most about the interview process?
I began interviewing just as the pandemic hit and they didn't skip a beat just switched to video interviews and pushed me through the process. It was very impressive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Collaboration, we exchange ideas and discuss issues we're encountering on our individual projects and attack them as a team. It's so reassuring to have such strong support from my immediate team!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Exec team does a great job of balancing future growth and goals with the flexibility to respond to current conditions IE, pandemic, social unrest. They've put the safety of their employees and customers first while making moves to propel the business.
