I enjoyed the work i was doing but when the load gets heavy, they expect you to work overtime and weekends to get it accomplished. When you ask for help, help is not available. That can be discouraging. Your co-workers can be pleasant to work with.

Getting through all my responsibilities within an 8 hour day without having to do overtime.

Everyone tries to work hard at what they are doing but they too are over worked and underpaid.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They make you pay so much for your portion of insurance that you end up bringing home pennies after you pay for your coverage.
