I worked as a contractor for CTS. FEBER work everywhere. They are great. I came down with Cancer and they helped me so much. I am now looking to hook-up and continue working for them. R.E.D. U.S.M.C 806,930,4729

In general, it's not a bad place to work at, management at CTS Corp make efforts to keep morale up, and they promote a fun and productive workplace. Although I don't find every event hitting their mark, I can see their dedication to the company. Seeing their efforts made, I can appreciate that more.

Ostrich mindset of turning blind eyes to ground reality, total dictatorship without merit. Lack of Humility in employee treatment. Only reason to stay here is your inability to find any better alternative and feeding your family while you search for new gig.

My team was lead by Ron C. And he was the best, we were on time and better then that from his leadership experience. He's wanting to get back as covid mess up everything for a time.

When I came down with cancer in Lithuania the company helped me to get my paperwork done. They saved my life as I was given 14 days. It was quite a shock 14 days left on earth, that ment my brother would get all my TOY,s. Positive Attitude, and CTS had it and gave it to me.. [email protected]

Generally I'm indifferent toward the interview process. Personally I found it way too easy to start working at CTS, or specifically the branch where I come from. But, I did find transitioning from temp to employee to be fine. That aspect of interviewing was good, HR was very informative, that helped
